NOTICE OF 7TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING : June 2004

NOTICE is hereby given that the 07th. Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Samity will be held on 19 June 2004 SATURDAY
 

To transact the following business of the Samity

1. Approve minutes of the last AGM

2. Report of the General Secretary and Treasurer

3. Approve Audited Accounts of the Samity for the period ended 31 March 2004.

4. Appoint auditor of the Samity for the year 2005

5. Any other business

6. Election of the new Management Committee for two-year periods (one Term)

Please make sure to attend the AGM to voice your opinion and assist to run the Samity in more efficient and effective manner.

TRIP TO EGYPT : October 2004

FUND RAISING EVENT : April 2004

We hope to have another fund raising event around April 2004 Insh’Allah. Date venue and details of the event will hopefully be announced in the next newsletter.

EID REUNION PARTY : February 2004

Eid-ul-Fitar and Eid-ul-Adha reunion party will be held on Sunday 22 February 2004 in Merton Hall, 76 Kingston Road, SW19 1LA. We will also have a talk on Shahid Dibosh and a certificate ceremony for academic achievement of our young members on that day.
